Carrie Furnace from Sabre Dane Walker

I had the privilege of working alongside Sabre Dane for the fifth and final episode for All For One. Sabre’s much more than just a badass name. He’s one of the best freelance DP / Cinematographer / Photographer in the Greater Toronto Area. He’s the most talented I have worked along with.

The image alone writes scenes in my mind. I want subjects to pass through the changing inconsistent light creating dramatic points in the frame. I like the ruggedness of a broken out blast furnace. The scene is so devoid of colour that it almost feels black and white, even though it isn’t.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words. This one is worth at least 12 minutes of film.
